Stainless Steel Workbenches
Stainless steel work tables are essential equipment for areas where the highest level of hygiene is required, such as food processing facilities, dairies, kitchens, and laboratories. They are used as work surfaces during the processing, cutting, or packaging of butter, cheese, and other dairy products.
1. Material Quality
AISI 304 Stainless Steel: This is the material most suitable for food regulations and the most widely used. It is highly resistant to corrosion (rusting), food acids, and moisture.
AISI 316 Grade: If the working environment contains very high levels of salt or harsh chemicals, this model with higher resistance may be preferred.
2. Design Varieties
Backed and Unbacked Models: Tables intended for use along walls are manufactured with a "backed" (barrier) design to prevent liquids from seeping onto the wall. In central areas, "backless" models are used to allow access from all sides.
Bottom Shelf Design: A flat sheet metal or mesh shelf is located at the bottom for storing materials and equipment.
